Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily focus on domestic shipping within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are constantly evaluating our shipping options to better serve our customers, so please stay tuned for any updates in the future.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order’s status and estimated delivery date. At any stage you can also call our store to chat to one of our members of staff.
What is your return policy?
